ℹ️ Required documents for taking qualification examinations in specialized subjects:

1. An application indicating the applicant’s contact telephone number;
2. A copy of the ID card (passport);
3. A copy of the Scientific Council’s decision approving the research topic and/or a copy of the relevant published Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) bulletin;
4. For research applicants affiliated with other institutions — an official referral letter addressed to the Director of the Institute of Immunology and Human Genomics;
5. A copy of the official admission order confirming enrolment in a PhD doctoral programme or an independent research programme;
6. An abstract signed and approved by both the academic supervisor and the applicant;
7. Approved Forms 3,4;
8. Copies of higher education diplomas (Bachelor’s, Master’s / Clinical Residency)
